Delivery Timelines

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

• Surface Delivery:5–14 business days from the date of order.
• Express Delivery:2–7 business days from the date of order.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays from our courier partners.

7-Day Replacement Policy

While we don't offer refunds (as all products are custom-made), we stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. Here's how our policy works:

To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure:

• The item is reported as damaged at the time of delivery or has a genuine manufacturing defect.
• The item remains in its original packaging.
• You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Replacement:

2. Once our team verifies your request, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send the item.
