At Wall Vastra Interiors Pvt Ltd, we understand how important your memories are. That's why every order is carefully custom-framed to your specifications and shipped with secure, reinforced packaging to ensure it arrives at your doorstep safe and sound.
Delivery Timelines
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Surface Delivery:5–14 business days from the date of order.
- Express Delivery:2–7 business days from the date of order.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays from our courier partners.
7-Day Replacement Policy
While we don't offer refunds (as all products are custom-made), we stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. Here's how our policy works:
To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure:
- The item is reported as damaged at the time of delivery or has a genuine manufacturing defect.
- The item remains in its original packaging.
- You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Replacement:
- Contact us at wallvastra@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage/defect.
- Once our team verifies your request, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send the item.
