Refund & Replacement Policy

At Wall Vastra Interiors Pvt Ltd, we value your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, we do provide a 7-Day Replacement Policy.

Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your item, provided that:

  • The item was damaged upon delivery or is defective.
  • The item is unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us at wallvastra@gmail.com.

  • If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
