Do you offer home visits?
Wall Vastra Online
Yes — we provide home visits for custom framing at an additional cost.
(Available in Delhi NCR currently. This does not limit Wall Vastra Online — only the home-visit service is NCR-based.)
Wall Vastra Studio
Yes — we offer home visits for wall makeover consultations.
The visit is initially chargeable, but:
- If the customer finalises any Studio package,
- The visit amount is fully deducted as a discount from the package.
Outside Delhi NCR
Home visit services will be added in more cities as we expand.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, ONLY in Delhi NCR, currently.
Wall Vastra Online
- Installation charged per nail basis
- Ideal for single frames or small galleries
Wall Vastra Studio
- Installation included in your makeover package
- Ideal for medium & large wall projects
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes — all wall frames (custom + pre-designed) are shipped pan-India.
Studio services, home visits and installation are Delhi NCR only.
How long does delivery take?
For all online orders: 5–10 working days
For Studio projects (NCR): timeline is shared during consultation depending on the project scope.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Refunds are not provided because all frames are custom-made and cannot be resold.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes — 7-Day Replacement Policy applies only if:
- Item is damaged on arrival
- Item has a genuine manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
Item must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Reported within 7 days
- Supported with proof (photos/videos)
